AcoustiGuard™ Panels come complete with standard Hook & Loop fasteners to attach adjacent panels on side edges and grommets along the top edge to hang from various track systems. Framing and suspension methods I can be floor or ceiling I supported from standard pipe, steel tube or slide track assemblies. Standard slide track will allow point entrance or large sections to be collapsed for fast, large scale access. These modular systems can be easily relocated and individual panels can be custom shaped to suit any application. Access panels, penetrations and windows are available at any point or can be site fitted at a later date as required.
AcoustiGuard™ curtain panels are extremely rugged and will provide the modern manufacturing facility a long term, cost effective solution for most noise control requirements. /ImgCustom/1006/placeholder_notavailable.gif
This combination of barrier / absorber layers provides superior transmission loss with reduced noise levels even on the 'noise' side of the curtain. Quilted composites are designed to contain and absorb reflected and broadcast noise within enclosed areas and along transmission paths.
Excellent reductions are achieved when the curtains are strategically placed to shield employees from noise sources by surrounding the source itself. Other effective treatments include comfort zones created to isolate work and communication areas from noisy production machinery. AcoustiGuard™ curtains are an alternate choice to rigid panels and structures which can create access, production or maintenance problems. /Asset/Quilted-Panels.jpg
Reducing noise at its source is the most desirable approach to noise control. A sheet metal or plywood enclosure lined with an acoustic composite is a cost effective way to solve industrial and OEM noise problems. AcoustiGuard™ Barymat ‘BTMM-14C’ and ‘BV-14C’ are versatile composites that can be incorporated into a wide variety of enclosure applications. /ImgCustom/1006/placeholder_notavailable.gif

The vinyl provides mass and flexibility while the aluminum foil adds increased mechanical strength, weather ability, an attractive appearance and improved fire retardancy.
Model LAG 'FRC’ is available with a nominal 1" thick quilted fiberglass decoupler which allows the vinyl barrier to float independently of the noise source thus maximizing performance. /Asset/LAGFRC.jpg
The quilted panels can be easily installed on factory wall. Panels can be easily site-cut and the edges rebound to fit around light switches, control panels and other obstructions. /Asset/Quilted-Absorption-Panel.jpg

Conasorb UF
(2) Conasorb UF is a combination of a 1.5 mil. urethane film bonded to a polyester polyurethane acoustic foam. The black urethane film finish is extremely durable due to its highly elastic properties and is resistant to mechanical damage. This finish is suitable for very dirty environments and will withstand direct contact with water and most fluids found in industrial environments such as oils and cutting fluids. /Asset/conasorb-UF.jpgConasorb V
(3) Conasorb V is a combination of a perforated vinyl film bonded to a polyester polyurethane foam. The perforated vinyl film provides a scuff and wear resistant surface that is suitable for dusty or moderately dirty environments where it is not exposed to contaminants such as direct oil or water spray. CONASORB V is ideal as an enclosure or room surface absorber where a functionally attractive and cleanable surface is desired. The vinyl film surface is available standard beige, grey or black. /Asset/conasorb-V.gifConasorb FTMM
(2) CONASORB FTMM has a surface of silver, metalized polyester film bonded to a flexible polyester polyurethane acoustic foam specifically formulated to absorb airborne, random incidence noise. The cleanable film surface offers a high degree of contamination resistance especially where it could be contacted by direct oil or water spray. CONASORB FTMM is suitable as an acoustic liner and offers a high degree of light reflectivity. /Asset/conasorb-ftmm.gifBarymat 5
